The firm’s sister brand Servestate is founded in 2016, with the purpose of managing portfolios of real estate projects and carrying out real estate sales transactions

With the establishment Servestate, Servotel, offering feasibility & appraisals, concept creation, project development & coordination, design management and marketing advisory services, also aims to provide portfolio management services for its clients investing in properties around Europe and United States.
